1. About us

Heart of Wales Remedies is a small herbal maker based in Powys, Mid-Wales, United Kingdom. You can contact us at heartofwalesremedies@gmail.com.

2. Placing an order

Orders placed through the purchase page are order requests. A binding contract of sale is formed only once we email you to confirm the items, total price and delivery, and payment has been received.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is by bank transfer or PayPal as agreed in your order confirmation.

4. Delivery

We post orders within the United Kingdom by Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Tracked 24. Delivery timescales are those quoted by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed.

5. Consumer cancellation rights

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK consumers may cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery. Sealed hygiene items that have been opened, and personalised items, are excluded. Please email us before returning an item. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

6. Faulty or damaged goods

If an item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us within 30 days and we will refund, replace or repair the item in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Product information and safe use

Our products are traditional herbal preparations, sold as food supplements or cosmetic salves. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Tinctures are extracted in alcohol and are only suitable for adults. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication or have a diagnosed medical condition, please speak to a qualified healthcare professional before use. 8. Intellectual property

All text, imagery and design on this site are © Heart of Wales Remedies unless otherwise stated. The Experience Series books remain the copyright of Jody Valentina. You may not reproduce content without written permission.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be limited (for example, death or personal injury caused by negligence). Otherwise, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
